Metrans is one of the leading European providers of intermodal container transport in seaport-hinterland traffic. The company owns 43 electric locomotives of the 186 series (Bombardier TRAXX F140 MS). These locomotives are registered in the Czech Republic and classified as the 386 series in the CD numbering system. Ten new machines (386 031-40) were delivered in 2018. They are equipped with the country-specific package DE-AT-PL-NL-CZ-SK-HU.
